Jassim is the Executive Chairman of ADCorp. He is also the Chief Executive Officer of ADFG and the Chairman of both Gulf Finance House and Eshraq Properties. In addition, Jassim is board member of the following companies: First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), Abu Dhabi Capital Group, ADNOC Distribution and Dana Gas.

Previously, Jassim served as the CEO of Abu Dhabi Capital Group. He was also a noted lecturer at the Abu Dhabi-based Petroleum institute. Jassim holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MSc in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University in the UAE.

Shaikh Ahmed  is the Vice Chairman and Executive Director of GFH Financial Group and the Advisor for Community Affairs at the Crown Prince’s Court in the Kingdom of Bahrain (rank of Minister), a position he has held since 2009, and has 23 years of diverse diplomatic, business and financial experience.

Previously, he was the Secretary General of the Supreme Council for Defense (rank of Minister) and served as the Kingdom of Bahrain’s Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates from 2000- 2009. He began his career in banking, heading the Arab Banking Corporation’s Abu Dhabi office.

He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Accounting from the University of Bahrain and a Certificate from the College of Science, King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals. He has also undertaken executive training at BPP Training and Consultancy, London and Colombia University.

His Excellency Al Khoori is the Chairman of Abu Dhabi Airports Company (ADAC) and Group CEO of Abu Dhabi Capital Group. Previously, he was the Chairman of Aldar Properties, and prior to that H.E. was the Managing Director of Sorouh Real Estate, and worked as the Assistant Director of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority.

H.E. Al Khoori has around 25 years of experience in the fields of finance and international investment. He is currently the Vice Chairman of Al Dar Properties PJSC and Chairman of The National Investor (TNI). He is also a board member of Abu Dhabi Ports Company (ADPC).

H.E. Al Khoori holds a BA Degree in Finance from Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon, USA, and is a certified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member of AIMR.

Mustafa Kheriba is the Group Chief Operating Officer of ADFG, and Executive Director of the Company’s Investment Manager, ADCM Ltd.

Mustafa manages the investment activities, business development and control aspects of ADFG and its subsidiary companies. He also oversees deal origination, fund raising activities and directly manages key investments for the group. He also currently serves as Executive Director of Integrated Alternative Finance, Spadille Ltd, Northacre Plc, Reem Finance, and Integrated Securities, in addition to being Non-Executive Director at Qannas Investments Limited. Mustafa is also currently a board member and Managing Director of Gulf Finance Company in the UAE and KSA. Furthermore he serves on the board of Shuaa Capital, Khaleeji Commercial Bank as well as Gulf Finance House.

Mustafa previously held senior posts in financial services and investment companies in the GCC, USA and Canada. He has been named among the top 50 MENA Fund Managers in the 2015 and in 2016 annual survey conducted by MENA FM Magazine. Mustafa holds a BA from the University of Toronto, and an MBA from Ohio Dominican University with Magna Cum Laude honors.

Mazen is the Chairman and CEO of the Al-Khobar-based Mazen M. Al Saeed Holding Company (“MASHCO”) and has 25 years of diverse investment, business and financial expertise.

Previously, he was a partner at Maher and Mazen Al Saeed Co. and served as Chairman of Mazen Mohammed Saeed Development Group between 2000-2006.

Currently, Mazen is also a member of the board of directors of: GFH Financial Group (GFH), GFH Capital, Saudi Presidents and Youth Association (YPO), Arab Real Estate Development Company (Jordan), Mazen Mohammed Al-Saeed Holding Company, Saudi International Construction Company, Al-Saeed Holding Company, Eastern Region Council, Aseer Trading Company, Mina Capital, Bassam Charity Association, Kanaf Charity Association, Civic Solutions, Friends of Patients, Savings Company Limited and Saudi Charity Society for Combating Cancer.

Mohammed Alkhaja is the Chief Executive Officer of ADCorp, bringing with him more than 19 years’ of professional experience. Prior to ADCorp, he held senior management positions at Osool Asset Management, Credit Suisse AG-Bahrain Branch and Credit Suisse AG-Dubai. He started his career at HSBC Middle East, before moving to Merrill Lynch-Bahrain where he spent 7 years.

Mohammed is a Board Member and Member of the Executive Committee of Bahrain Islamic Bank; Board Member and Member of the Executive Committee at Bahrain Commercial Facilities Company; Board Member, Chairman of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee Member at the Medgulf Group and Board Member of Aegila Capital Management, UK.

Mohammed holds a B.Sc. degree in Accounting from the University of Bahrain, and is accredited to the National Association of Securities Dealers and the National Futures Association.
