OUR PEOPLE

Jassim is the Executive Chairman of ADCORP. He is also the Chief Executive Officer of Abu Dhabi Financial Group (ADFG) and the Chairman of both SHUAA Capital and Eshraq Properties. In addition, Jassim is board member of the following companies: First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), the Tourism & Development Investment Company (TDIC), Abu Dhabi Capital Group and ADNOC Distribution.

Previously, Jassim served as the CEO of Abu Dhabi Capital Group. He was also a noted lecturer at the Abu Dhabi-based Petroleum institute. Jassim holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MSc in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University in the UAE.

Mustafa is the Senior Executive Officer (SEO) of ADCORP in addition to being a member of the Board of Directors. Mustafa is also the Chief Operating Officer of ADFG and Executive Director of the Company’s Investment Manager, ADCM Ltd. He manages the investment activities and platforms of ADFG, including business development, deal origination, fundraising and key investments.

Mustafa previously held senior posts in financial services and investment companies in the GCC, USA and Canada.

Mustafa holds a BA from the University of Toronto and an MBA from Ohio Dominican University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Shaikh Ahmed  is the Vice Chairman and Executive Director of GFH Financial Group and the Advisor for Community Affairs at the Crown Prince’s Court in the Kingdom of Bahrain (rank of Minister), a position he has held since 2009, and has 23 years of diverse diplomatic, business and financial experience.

Previously, he was the Secretary General of the Supreme Council for Defense (rank of Minister) and served as the Kingdom of Bahrain’s Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates from 2000- 2009. He began his career in banking, heading the Arab Banking Corporation’s Abu Dhabi office.

He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Accounting from the University of Bahrain and a Certificate from the College of Science, King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals. He has also undertaken executive training at BPP Training and Consultancy, London and Colombia University.

Mazen is the Chairman and CEO of the Al-Khobar-based Mazen M. Al Saeed Holding Company (“MASHCO”) and has 25 years of diverse investment, business and financial expertise.

Previously, he was a partner at Maher and Mazen Al Saeed Co. and served as Chairman of Mazen Mohammed Saeed Development Group between 2000-2006.

Currently, Mazen is also a member of the board of directors of: GFH Financial Group (GFH), GFH Capital, Saudi Presidents and Youth Association (YPO), Arab Real Estate Development Company (Jordan), Mazen Mohammed Al-Saeed Holding Company, Saudi International Construction Company, Al-Saeed Holding Company, Eastern Region Council, Aseer Trading Company, Mina Capital, Bassam Charity Association, Kanaf Charity Association, Civic Solutions, Friends of Patients, Savings Company Limited and Saudi Charity Society for Combating Cancer.

Amit is the Chief Executive Officer of Abu Dhabi Capital Group, a private institutional investor.

He has 30 years of experience building shareholder value in Financial services & FMCG companies in Asia Pacific, India &the Middle East. Amit was a senior Executive VP & key member of the leadership team at FGB for 13 years.

Amit has a BA Honours in Economics from St Stephen’s college, Delhi & a Masters in Development Management from the Asian Institute of Management, Manila.
